SPOOK RELAYS INFORMATION
The ShUOC Chasing Sprint will also serve as the SPOOK relays for 2007. If you wish to be eligible for the SPOOK relays, all males MUST enter the MENS OPEN (A CLASS) and all females MUST enter the WOMENS OPEN (B CLASS).
Runners will declare on the day which other person they wish to "run" in a team with ( i.e. a fixed two people per team). The cumulative time for the team, i.e. the prologue + chase time for each of the runners, will determine the order. SPOOK relays forms will be available on the day in the enquiries tent.
